Overthinking? Same. Let’s work on it

Hi, I’m Tiffanie. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in psychology and over eight years of experience supporting individuals and families through real-life challenges.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) worker, where I gained hands-on experience helping clients navigate day-to-day stress, build coping skills, and manage more complex mental health needs. That experience continues to shape how I approach therapy today: practical, collaborative, and grounded in what actually works in everyday life.

I work with adults, couples, and sometimes teens, with a particular focus on ADHD, autism, and the ways neurodivergence can impact relationships, emotional regulation, and daily functioning. My goal is to help you better understand your patterns while also building tools that feel realistic and sustainable.

Therapy with me is not about having all the answers or doing things perfectly. It’s about having a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and start making changes that actually fit your life.

How I Work

My approach to therapy is collaborative and practical. We’ll spend time understanding what’s going on beneath the surface, while also focusing on tools and strategies you can actually use in your day-to-day life.

Therapy isn’t just about talking through problems, it’s about creating changes that feel realistic and sustainable for you.

We work together to develop practical strategies that empower you to navigate life transitions and build lasting resilience.
